We support the purchase of samples to test the market or inspection and testing， but not free samples.
What should I do if the blue light of the smart lock does not flash when charging?
Please check whether the charging cable is plugged in and whether the charging head is normal. If you use a rechargeable smart lock, it is recommended to charge it in time when the power is below 20%, about once every 6 months. Failure to charge for a long time may cause damage to the battery.
How to cancel other users access in “oklok+” app?
The administrator can disable or delete users through the web interface.
What should I do if the indicator light is off, the red and blue lights are flashing, but the lock cannot be unlocked or locked?
As an administrator, you can add and delete fingerprints at any time, and you can click on the video column to learn the specific operation method.
With “oklok+” app , how many fingerprint can I entry in?
You can entery 20 groups in pure fingerprint type, and 100 gruops of fingerprint in Fingerprint&APP Lock.
