How many finger prints can a pure fingerprint lock store?
The pure fingerprint version can store 20 fingerprints, and each fingerprint is equivalent to a key. The fingerprint plus APP version can store 100 fingerprints.
What should I do if the blue light of the smart lock does not flash when charging?
Please check whether the charging cable is plugged in and whether the charging head is normal. If you use a rechargeable smart lock, it is recommended to charge it in time when the power is below 20%, about once every 6 months. Failure to charge for a long time may cause damage to the battery.
How to cancel other users access in “oklok+” app?
The administrator can disable or delete users through the web interface.
What should I do if the indicator light is off, the red and blue lights are flashing, but the lock cannot be unlocked or locked?
As an administrator, you can add and delete fingerprints at any time, and you can click on the video column to learn the specific operation method.
If the QR code of the product is lost, can it still be bound?
You can search and bind through Bluetooth. Put your mobile phone close to the smart lock, then click "+" in the lower right corner to search for nearby Bluetooth devices,then touch the fingerprint head to wake-up lock at the same time (the indicator light is on) ; then select the device with "OK" name in the front, clicking “bind now”, when successful unlocking means successful binding.
