When the administrator is not near the Bluetooth Scooter Lock, other users can enter the OKLOK+ application and scan the QR code of the lock to apply to the administrator for unlocking. The administrator can grant users temporary unlocking, periodic unlocking, and long-term unlocking.

Real time monitoring

The administrator can check the status of the lock in the background of the mobile phone, including the battery balance of the lock, the number of fingerprints that have been entered, and the unlocking records of the lock.

Setting a limited time:

The administrator can set the unlocking time of the lock, for example, Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.

The rest of the time, other people can't open the lock at other times.

How can I download the app?

OKLOK+ can be download in the App Store, or searching it on Google Play, web page.

If the QR code of the product is lost, can it still be bound?

You can search and bind through Bluetooth. After the mobile phone is close to the smart lock, click "+" in the lower right corner to search for nearby Bluetooth devices - tough the fingerprint heat wake-up lock at the same time (the indicator light is on) - then select the device with "OK" name in the front - click - bind now - successful unlocking means successful binding.

Why I cannot log in to the app or the app crashes?

Please restart the phone or delete the app to download and install again.

What should I do if the Bluetooth function of my mobile phone cannot be used?

Make sure your phone is fully charged. In the phone's settings, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled. If you can't turn on Bluetooth, try restarting your phone and restarting the application.
