Wake up and unlock mode, longer battery life

The Bluetooth lock requires the user to wake up and unlock. When no one uses the lock, the lock body enters the dormant state. This action does not consume power and the Bluetooth lock will last longer

Set unlock time interval

The administrator can set the unlocking interval, for example, the opening time of the company door lock: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00

Why I cannot log in to the app or the app crashes?

Please restart the phone or delete the app to download and install again.

What should I do if the Bluetooth function of my mobile phone cannot be used?

Make sure your phone is fully charged. In the phone's settings, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled. If you can't turn on Bluetooth, try restaring your phone and restarting the application.

What should I do if the Bluetooth is turned on and still cannot unlock the lock?
