The administrator can accord users interim unlocking,regular unlocking, and long-term unlocking.

Real time monitoring

The administrator can check the status of the lock in the background of the mobile phone, including the power of the lock, the number of fingerprints that have been entered, and the unlocking record of the lock.

Setting a limited time

The manager can set the unlocking time of the lock, for example, Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.

In the rest of the time, no one except the manager can open the lock.

It only takes 0.5 seconds to unlock

This lock combines a fingerprint recognition panel and Bluetooth function. After turning on Bluetooth, click the unlock button to unlock, you can also see the unlock record in the background, or you can directly use your fingerprint to unlock.

How can I download the app?

OKLOK+ can be download in the App Store, or searching it on Google Play, web page.

What should I do if the Bluetooth function of my mobile phone cannot be used?

Make sure your phone is fully charged. In the phone's settings, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled. If you can't turn on Bluetooth, try restarting your phone and restarting the application.

How can I adding fingerprint or deleting fingerprint?

As an administrator, you can add and delete fingerprints at any time, and you can click on the video column to learn the specific operation method.

If the QR code of the product is lost, can it still be bound?

You can search and bind through Bluetooth. Put your mobile phone close to the smart lock, then click "+" in the lower right corner to search for nearby Bluetooth devices, then touch the fingerprint head to wake-up lock at the same time (the indicator light is on) ; then select the device with "OK" name in the front, clicking"bind now" , when successful unlocking means successful binding.
